I haven’t read the messages, so I can’t judge, but I want to point out that saying “Israel is to blame for everything” is not inherently antisemitic. Criticism of a government’s actions is not the same as discrimination against a religious or ethnic group. No one should resort to bombing anyone, at any time. When violence becomes the answer, the message is already lost.

this is a similar generalization to "all muslims are terrorists" and i feel bad that people don't see how it's harmful

Saying “the USA is to blame for everything” doesn’t mean hating Americans — that’s the difference. And just to be clear, I’m not saying I blame Israel for everything; I’m highlighting a semantic point. In situations like this, language matters, because words carry specific meanings for a reason.
