On question of judging effectiveness of a chain, do you mean growth metrics or performance metrics of something like Conduit / Caldera versus an Arbitrum orbitchain or OP Stack Chain?

What happens when RAAS' begin incentivizing appchains through their own native tokens; how will those work? What metrics can they use to judge the effectiveness of a chain?
