I had to split it out into categories it was so bad 

Like im splitting hairs between

Chatbot + helpdesk 
Chatbot + knowledge mgmt
Chatbot stand alone
Chatbot self hosted 

And then we split the hair on cost and data ingestion abilities 

Sigh

What once was an admirable profession (app building) is now anyone’s hobby. 

I think we hit peak app.

I feel it so acutely l but also like my pal is still getting lots of clients so what’s up with that

Seems like most of the country & world still not in the know about exactly how fast this train is moving.
