Got on the raw buckwheat bandwagon (hi @blablainvest) and this is what I made with it today: 1. Breakfast - smoothie bowl. Raw buckwheat, milk, banana, strawberries, dates. Buckwheat blends in like magic β¨ 2. Dinner - raw buckwheat pancakes. If you've ever tried Ethiopian injera flatbread these are very similar, only without the slight sourness the injera has. Very filling too!

Iβm amazed at how many delicious things can be made from buckwheat! Smoothie bowls, chocolate, even tea! Though I havenβt tried buckwheat pancakes yetβmy personal limit so far is oat pancakes
