I finally got to try the Marry me chicken recipe @ammelanoleuca graciously shared 2 months ago. And it turned out to be one of those life changing moments, because this was the best chicken breast I've ever eaten 😭 I always looked down on that part of the chicken cause it felt too dry, but this changes everything. It was so easy to cook too, and I even skipped on the parmesan and the chicken stock and I don't think they would make any difference for the better. Perfect with a side of pasta to soak up the sauce 🤤
