Trading addiction is worse than sports or casino gambling because you can see the money in real time, it almost feels real, till it isn’t. People don't know that 'Not trading' sometimes is part of risk management. It's okay to take your eyes off the charts for a while and breathe. That dopamine from winning can turn to an addiction that can run down your portfolio if not controlled.
