Oh thanks😅 i just research a lot of stuff, watch youtube videos, read academic papers, study subjects in school, etc

1000% in terms of the impacts of stress hormones!! Except even our short-term stress we bottle up because we don’t usually get physical after it!! Can’t run away from a paper uou’re procrastinating on as well as humans used to run away from lions😂 but yah, memory can be affected too; i’ve had that happen!!
