@sassal.eth I think i am pretty up to date, but still have one question nagging me: Even IF the L2 segregation is fixed, isnt it still very unpractical for the network? I mean there are like 20 UniV4 USDC-USDT pairs. One on every L2. There will be arbitrage but it still is just a worse outcome than one pool right?

Question / Idea: Is it possible to have an escape hatch from an L3 to the L1, even if the L2 thats sits in between is offline? I mean why not expand to L3s? Like a Base L3 with all the activity pushes data to the Base L2 (reserved for that) and that L2 pushes to ETH L1 Blobs?.
