Farcaster has come a long way. From a niche protocol focused on decentralizing social identity, it’s now emerging as a full-fledged Web3-native communication layer — where users own their handles, devs own their clients, and creators own their communities. But where do we go from here?

1. Better Onboarding UX The power of Farcaster lies in protocol-first design, but we can’t forget: mass adoption needs smooth experiences. → More walletless sign-ups via email/SMS that gradually transition users to full self-custody. → Suggested follows and channel discovery based on interests or onchain behavior. → One-click cast-to-mint or cast-to-buy for new users. We must make joining Farcaster feel like opening Instagram in 2012: simple, fun, and frictionless.
