art is not philosophy in it self but art can bring ideas to light and will (always) reflect the reality of the artists world. philosophy is the study of ideas, not their execution. I would have to argue that as a writer, Shakespeare is executing ideas and reflecting philosophy, not necessarily exploring the foundation
