I usually laugh when people have ideas and choose to keep everything to themselves. Yes, I believe some things should remain personal, but there has to be a balance. You’re doing something and it’s working, yet you gatekeep it like your life depends on it. You want to win alone. You don’t want others to know what’s bringing you results. But the truth is, what you share multiplies. What you hoard eventually becomes obsolete.
