Our core protocol devs reviewed all six claims over two full working days. Our assessment is that five did not surface new insight, and one may have flagged a few areas where EIP-8184 is light on detail, which we appreciate. Overall the submissions read as substantially AI generated rather than as close review of the specifications, so we have decided not to award the prize. That is about the specific bar we set for this bounty, not about anyone's effort. Anyone who contributed funds to this open bounty may withdraw them.
