not quite (although in future versions of poidh we will have upvotes/downvotes for ppl to crowdsource opinions)
the way it works is that the bounty creator wallet (in this case @jacek and the DEGEN team) has complete control over who wins the bounty
one winner per bounty and only their wallet can "accept" a specific claim
doing that transfers the claim to them as an NFT, and the bounty funds to the wallet of the person who submitted the claim
