One of my /success stories in life is defeating cancer. Yes, I was diagnosed with leukemia. The worst part is that it went from chronic to acute in no time. My doctor even gave me a grim prognosis of only three months left. During that time, I was facing death, I felt hopeless, and everything seemed bleak. But I fought. I endured four cycles of chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant. Thankfully, my brother and I were a perfect HLA match(It's 25% chance of a full match if it's your sis or bro and I had only one bro). It was really a miracle, and without my bro I don't think I'm still alive now. This experience taught me a valuable lesson: even in the darkest moments of despair, there's always a chance. We never know what life holds until our very last breath. That's why it's so important to fight for every single day we have. *inserting one of my fav song* https://open.spotify.com/track/39ShyO1yBCiEoEXHX9ie0F

Well damn, If that isn鈥檛 sensational I don鈥檛 know what is. What a great outcome. I wish I could say the same for my mom who passed away from cancer, but it鈥檚 great to hear there are people who are beating it! Thanks for being in this space. 馃崠 x100
