To my surprise, what I said actually worked. It turned out that it was enough to say that my appearance means nothing and has nothing to do with religion or anything else... I wonder if it is possible to say this to everyone and stop conflicts between entire countries? After that, these guys immediately changed and became very friendly people. The one who was head-butting me in the chest started hugging me and saying: "Sorry, brother, don't take it to heart - you understand, right?" No, I don't understand, hahaha. I still don't know why they do this. By the way, I need to read up on this - maybe after so many years I will finally find out. Of course, I didn't say that I don't understand - I just said that everything is fine and there are no problems. After that, we talked for some time, I don't remember about what, and then my clients showed up, and I was finally able to finish this story.

Strange and inadequate situations when working with people can definitely be confusing and even dangerous, but there's a certain category of clients that are just plain scary. Even though they literally do nothing to frighten you — really, absolutely nothing — they’re just silent. They don’t answer any questions, silently do everything you tell them to do, and leave without a word. It’s like something out of a horror movie — you start expecting something weird, like they’ll take off their masks and turn out to be aliens or something, haha. Of course, I’m exaggerating, but working with people like that is really uncomfortable. I’ve worked with people who had speech impairments, and even though communication was sometimes difficult, they were still very sociable, and we always found a way to understand each other. But these “silent types” — they’re a nightmare.
