I started attending the gym on the first of August.
After going to the gym for the first day, I experienced serious DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness)
The pains were so severe that I could barely move my body.
But then my gym instructor told me not to give up, that I should come with the pains the next day, which I did.
After some days, the pains disappeared.
Most times, the beginning part of an endeavor would be difficult and painful, but believe me, if you keep pushing, it gets easy over time.
