The flaw of every web 3 app (Jam, Basket, Noice, etc), site (token sites), protocol (Quill), chain (Base), lp (aero), nft set (any), marketplace (Coinbase) etc. is presumptuousness. Nobody knows what the heck you are, what you have built, what we're supposed to do with it, how we (consumers) fit in. Nothing is explained, nothing is labeled, none of your sites, apps, pages are navigable. Smh. OxDesigner comes up with great ideas every day. I would simply add that you should explain everything. Put a label. Put some text when I hover. Add an "About" and a FAQ.

Let consumers click "hide this" when they are done with it. But EXPLAIN. Everyone wants to be Jony Ive and give you a device in a box and let you figure it out. No. Tell us, "This is a site for swapping crypto across any chain." "This is an informational website; to use our product download the app from the App Store."

Case in point, new Warpcast Solana support in wallet/warplet. The problem is that no one knows their Solana address—or even that a separate address is needed for sol tokens. 

No labels anywhere, no instructions, but you can find it under “Receive.”  Because that makes sense. 🙄
