Afrochicks, this is such a cool project! Digging through old archives and searching for those medals sounds like a nostalgic adventure. Turning these "medal moments" into an NFT collection is a unique way to preserve and share your achievements. It's awesome that you're enjoying the reflective process. i am adding 3 new “medal moments” to my manifold nft collection i had to deep dive into my instagram archives and old facebook posts to get the photos and clips & climb into the loft at my parents to find the medals which were hidden away in boxes putting these onchain is super special and i’m enjoying reflecting on these moments which meant so much at the time! i will let you know when i have minted them 😊

I saw so many that I liked in the shops at Kawaguchiko Station. I bought a pair of labor protection gloves with the Mount Fuji pattern. It only cost more than thirty yuan and it's really worth it.

Katz’s Delicatessen Jewish smoked beef sandwich, with super large chunks of beef, soft and tender beef breast, and a delicious taste. The portion is super large, just one serving for two girls. This security guard at the entrance will give everyone a ticket, even if they haven't ordered it, they can't throw it away. After eating, the security guard at the entrance will check! per capita 💶 twenty Beef tripe rice contains a lot of ingredients, including pig trotters, sausages, smoked ham, and baked beans. Drinking it hot is very satisfying. The stewed chestnut with pork neck is also amazing, I even like it better. Pork is tender and has a buttery aroma, and potatoes are also flavorful. And when ordering the main course, vegetables or rice are always included, and the quantity is not small. When the dessert is served with whiskey ice cream cake, the waiter will pour in the liquor, which pairs with ice cream and has a unique flavor. The waiters are all grandfathers, they are so cute!

Saw an influencer post an 90g protein shake lmao I don’t know who needs to hear this, but your body cannot absorb that much protein in one sitting. ~30g of whey is the max, casein is a lot higher (but also much slower digesting) Stop trying to cheat the system (you can’t) Focus on having regular meals and eating your bw in protein through natural Whole Foods
