No gatekeeping the gym pic techniques. This used to be my bread and butter Everything is all about SHADOW. It creates contour and highlights the shape of the muscles You want ⭐️ DOWNLIGHTING for best results. Get yourself to where the light is hitting you FROM ABOVE and AT A SLIGHT ANGLE. This can be as easy as turning off the lights in a room but opening the door from the side to let a ceiling light in from the next room. ⭐️ TURN THE EXPOSURE DOWN IN THE CAMERA SETTINGS! When you lower the exposure, you're essentially telling the camera to let in less light. This means the areas that would normally be lighter in the scene will become darker, and the shadows will become deeper and more defined Here’s a video that shows some ideal iPhone settings for pump pics

Here’s me milking it when I still gave a fuck before I got too many creepy DMs. I turned all the lights off in the gym and let in light from the window above to the side ✅ and filtered it for extra shadow ✅
