All I can say is my kids eat better and like more fruit and veg than I did their age and growing up, it’s one of the things I’m proud of as a parent is getting their eating habits off to a good start. Hopefully the carry it on as they get older.

They are 7 and 4 and have never been to McDonalds or Burger King.

Thanks, we don’t really eat it probably due to our sporty backgrounds (rugby and ice skating). My son didn’t taste chocolate until he was 2.  Crazy the amount of looks or comments we’d get from family, by being so strict with food in the early years.
