Normally when someone lends money on Aave or Morpho or anywhere, there is a set liquidation threshold and if the price of you’re collateral drops below that you lose all your money instantly. Teller doesn’t use margin calls and the loans are fixed rate and you just need to rollover at certain durations and you can never get liquidated. Most loans are overcollateralized by 300-400% so it accounts for the risk of default. We have done almost $100m!
