Micro-habit I’m practicing this week: The 2-minute rule. If something takes less than 2 minutes, I try to do it immediately: – Replying to a quick message – Washing one cup or plate – Writing down 1 idea – Checking my calendar for tomorrow It sounds stupidly simple, but it stops tiny tasks from turning into mental clutter.
