Micro-habit Iām practicing this week:
The 2-minute rule.
If something takes less than 2 minutes, I try to do it immediately:
ā Replying to a quick message
ā Washing one cup or plate
ā Writing down 1 idea
ā Checking my calendar for tomorrow
It sounds stupidly simple, but it stops tiny tasks from turning into mental clutter.
