Micro-habit I’m practicing this week: The 2-minute rule. If something takes less than 2 minutes, I try to do it immediately: – Replying to a quick message – Washing one cup or plate – Writing down 1 idea – Checking my calendar for tomorrow It sounds stupidly simple, but it stops tiny tasks from turning into mental clutter.

Another small habit that helped me a lot in 2026: Before I start a task, I ask AI one question: “What would be the smartest way to approach this?” Sometimes it suggests a checklist, sometimes a better order, sometimes a tool I didn’t know. I still do the work, but I don’t have to waste as much energy figuring out how to start.

Curious about your experience: What’s one tiny habit (under 5 minutes) that genuinely improved your life? – A question you ask yourself – A small routine – A mindset shift I’ll try some of them this week and report back.
