One option would be to set up a headquarter in a different country with different rules about with whom you are allowed to do business with. This isn’t easy (eg residency requirements, access to funding/banks, relocating family etc)
The original post raised (at least) two points:
1. Why are the apps not anymore available?
2. Why not on the dev leaderboard
idk about (1) but assuming (2) is related to laws outside of FCs control
