Shadowed by everyone’s fear iver a new pandemic is the political cost of a central government making decisions that impact a region without sufficient transparency and communication.
This matters given the regional powers an Autonomous region has in Spain. Also, some people say it smells of colonialism (Canarian islands were colonised in the 1600s).
Anyway, I’m wondering why the people could not have quarantined on the ship? And how good will the isolation be in the various countries.
