I'm wondering if the European Central Bank only wants to issue their own digital money because EURCV is a consortium of *french* banks. EURCV is doing well in terms of supply and EURE is still chugging along.
Anytime you put Germans and French together to cooperate it will fail sooner or later.
(I know, control is another reason)
