- data revolution
- profile-based buying
- potential buying
- manager roulette (It's Maresca's 2nd term)
Chelsea’s squad is differentiated; incredible physical profiles, young talent, high ceilings
But the problem is integration: Pieces don’t solve each other’s problems.

You can’t rush coherence.
I understand club has high potential, high volatility, but zero consolidation. Chelsea aren’t there yet.
