/chelseafc has been handed a fine of £10.75 million by an Independent Commission for breaches of the Premier League’s rules relating to Financial Reporting, Third Party Investment and Youth Development under Roman Abramovich.
It’s a suspended first team transfer ban, meaning we can still sign players as long as we don’t break the rules again.
We can’t sign players for our academy anymore for the upcoming 9 months. That’s it.
