Brighton should have been awarded a penalty in their 1-0 loss at home to Arsenal, the KMI Panel has said.
Gabriel Martinelli held back Mats Wieffer.
The KMI Panel also ruled that Chelsea should have got an on-field penalty against Arsenal.
