Boring service. Problem nobody wants to solve. Task people keep postponing because it seems too small to matter.
Meanwhile, everyone chases the exciting idea, the big launch, the possibility of overnight success.
I've started wondering how much money hides inside things people find too ordinary to care about.
Sometimes the real advantage is simply being willing to do what everyone else overlooks.
