A quiet life can still be a full one.
I used to confuse peace with having nothing left to worry about.
Now I think it has more to do with how much noise you carry after the noise is gone.
The rarest moments are the ones when your mind stops rehearsing tomorrow and replaying yesterday.
For a few minutes, everything becomes serene.
Nothing extraordinary happens.
You simply stop needing the moment to be different.
