It's about a big new deal between Meta and the next-generation geothermal startup XGS Energy. The Facebook owner has promised to buy electricity from a 150-megawatt plant in New Mexico to power its data centers. 

It's the second major geothermal deal Meta has inked. The first, another 150MW deal with Sage Geosystems, was signed last year.
