California lawmakers are pushing AB 412, a bill that would require AI companies to fully disclose any copyrighted materials used to train their models.

Artists, writers, and creators: This could mean real transparency about how your work is being used (or misused) by Big Tech. Developers would have just 7 days to cough up a list of your works if you ask.
