I’m in my 40’s and over the past few years I’ve had multiple crypto wallets, deployed contracts, deployed airdrops, vibe coded a miniapp game and more.

Sure there was a huge learning curve in all of that but the same could be said for the transition from paper checks to debit cards.

You are absolutely right! I remember the adults complaining about not trusting the transition to debit cards because if it declined at the store they’d be out of luck not being able to use checks. I guess that’s why stores still offer the option!

My dad always said " you're only as old as you feel, that's why I'm gonna be 29 forever!" LOL

Last night I was at a local grocery store and the dude in front of me in checkout paid with a check, even the cashier was taken back by it briefly.
But i found myself realizing that there soon will be a time when debit cards become relics. Probably sooner then later it'll all be tap to pay or some wild new technology they come out with.
