Yes, if you keep a lot in Solana, you can instantly put it on the card. But you shouldn't use it as the only one and for big amounts, it is worldwide, but the payment may not go through, it can also be linked to Google pay and Apple pay, so offline payments should not be a problem with NFC on the phone, but I'm waiting until I'm in another country to try it out
