It's bait but no I don't think I agree If you can spend 10% of your costs to get the same service you probably should Especially as an indie hacker because literally the more profit you have the more money goes to your bank account Famously indie startups making $1M/y make the same profit as VC startups at $20M/y revenue Profit margins are very important for indies

What percentage of indie startups make $1m/year? What percentage make even $100k/year? But to bring it back to email: I've worked with enough SaaS companies now to know... A lot of them are sitting on email databases worth 6 figures a month in additional revenue... If only
