starting to wonder if civilization can cope with a simultaneous emergence of AR / spatial computing, broadly useful AI, robotics, and possibly quantum computing one would have been a major change together, they are the biggest set of changes in history. and yes, likely more and faster than the industrial revolution

And widespread crypto. Open question whether society has coped well with just smartphones and social media, with crypto on the periphery over the last 10 Years.
