Today’s been one of those days where everything just feels heavy. You know those times when you wake up and it feels like the world is sitting on your chest? That's me today. I tried to shake it off by going for a walk, but even the fresh air felt a bit suffocating. It's hard to pinpoint why, maybe it's just one of those days where the clouds in my mind match the clouds in the sky.

I know it's okay to have these days, but sometimes it feels like they last forever. If any of you have tips on how to shake this off, I’d love to hear them. Thanks for letting me share. ❤️
