For those unfamiliar, could you explain in simple terms how the Ethos reputation system works? How does someone build reputation on the platform? @serpintaxt 

there are a lot of mechanisms in place, but the simple ones are 

- Who invites you
- What do people say about you (positive, negative, neutral reviews)
- Do people put their money against you? (Vouches, staked eth)
- What kind of account history do you have (twitter, eth wallet age)
- Have you been slashed?

These are the basic parts of how the score is calculated
