Is there a canonical bridge to move NFTs from mainnet to @base?

you can use the native bridge for that, though there's not yet a UI for it

By any chance do you know if there is factory or registry contract that already exists for this?

If not maybe I should write a CREATE2 factory that hashes the L1 NFT address and L2 chainId to create a deterministic L2 NFT contract?
