Wanted to share some clarifications on what I’m being asked / seen discussed regarding @indexy after the announcement
Specifically buying and selling indexes
1. Anyone can build on top of the indexy API
2. You can set up an agent that not only creates and maintains indexes, but also buys, rebalances and sell indexes
3. You could build a UI/UX app that uses indexy’s data… Could be purely focussed on indexes OR an add on to include specific indexes to your current app
4. If you already have an app that spins agents, you could “teach” agents how to buy, sell and rebalance indexes using our skill / mcp
So… in summary:
Indexy is focussing on the intelligence layer: HQ indexes, analytics, and the tools to use them.
Indexy is not focussing on the execution layer
Anyone can now build the execution layer
