im working on something in healthcare and chatting with lots of pcps one of the “hotter” takes from a pcp was ai could replace most physicians and healthcare would be mostly about managing the doctor-patient relationship and with someone skilled enough with ai, they wouldn’t need a medical degree from personal experience in d2c telehealth, lots of common diagnoses present with clear screen in/out criteria that ai can easily prescribe certain medication (i.e. hims/hers + ro health)
