a big company failed launching a new luxury car.. and they choose to fire 3000 builders.. (instead the team behind the car idea, marketing, market analyzers and so on..) these workers got 200 car keys.. of cars they have been built.. 87000€ * 200 is a big amount of money.. to negotiate.. company is on its way.. what do you think? legit move? will save their jobs? what would you do to defend what you have built? https://www.elsaltodiario.com/laboral/sindicatos-fabrica-audi-bruselas-confiscan-200-llaves-coches-terminados-amenaza-cierre

I think that they have to cut off the overall human cost due to the lost of the failure of the launching for the long term activities. This is not fair to the builders imo, but running a business is complicated. The decision is on the table of the main share holders

yeah, no one is buying the car, meaning they are useless building the car.. true, the point is that working class is who pays the fails of other people.. other people with very great chairs.. and bags..

Yes J, you and me both send the sympathy to the working class (me, granpa, my parent are working class too). But look, if a business is going to crash, working class loss their job, but the business owner loss their carrer, money and might be put in the jail too. Everyone have their own risk and have to control it well, just my point of view not the defence for anyone
