Well... My fitness goals. Well I got to a point I was like I think I'm good this way but the next day I got to the gym and all this buffed and swole guys got me having a rethink. I simply just want to keep adding muscle mass, try to get more flexible and still be fast. That's my goal, more muscle, flexibility and speed
