How poetic that the solution to my problem turned out to be “more coffee”🤣 All over a single gram; I had trimmed back to 16g because I thought the grinds were overflowing the basket. NOPE. That 1g was the difference between channeling at the edges and a near perfect shot. Even ran it twice just to make sure. <chef’s kiss>
