never ceases to amaze me how much my kids' spoken english improve after a summer in the US accents are still a bit "odd," but command and willingness to use are much stronger

I wish I'd been able to expose my children to more languages. Do they speak Korean as well?

That is so wonderful. I assume they also play classical instruments thereby completing the cultural envy trifecta for all Korean grandparents around the world. ✌️ 😂

it's still early so let's see what happens - their korean are decent for their ages and for being "non-native" but i can see it start to deteriorate (natural), and my wife wants me to start speaking to them more in english so they can be more "native" no instruments yet although oldest has started taking lessons (because she wants to 😆 )

You throw a piano or violin into the mix and your children will be carried through the streets on the shoulders of ajummas so their feet don't touch the ground.
