You get alot of engagements?

I average a few posts sharing what I'm working on each day with each post having a few likes.

I see, i probably have to post more.

I also use Farcaster for research into technical and health areas so I engage with existing posts that are interesting and useful.

Does engagements on other people post gives points for the lb? 
And what channel do you get those posts from where you do your research, if you don’t mind me asking :)

I'm not sure. They FC team is continually working on the algorithm for rewards with the goal of driving quality interactions. I don't think too much about what boosts rewards points.

I research open source tech so any channel relating to crypto, privacy, and security. I follow dozens of channels so hard to say. Best to focus on testing things and finding what works best for yourself.
