Yeah, a lot of little things: - Using the right tools or just discovering what the right tools for some of the right jobs are. - Simplifying the designs making it easier to manufacture - Optimizing for manufacturability meaning we changed the design or added different parts to the process that would cut down time on manual labor - Printing other 3D printed components that would aid in the process of accelerating production. I think we have more things that we printed that are used to aid the process of building a device compared to the number of components that go into an actual device. - Some of this stuff also isn't just about manufacturability either. It took a long time to dial in the filament in the way that we wanted it to print in a way that we could print 100 of them. - Software repeatability as well - there's definitely still things that are stochastic - but it took us a while to dial in a script that would set things up as well while maintaining new features in the process of manufacturing - Adding things to the list that we didn't initially account for. Figuring that out. Other Things like: - How do we do shipping? - What the box is going to go into? - Where are the labels are going to go? - What stickers do we need? Just all of these things that you don't think about when you start making the camera itself.
