Just finished this textbook (Introduction to Flight, also wrote compressible flow), took about a ~month or two. Skimmed it (obviously) but solid. Good refresher overall. Glad I did it. Some thoughts: - Ch.1~6 was a lot of basic aerodynamics, airfoils, etc - Ch.7 was just control systems review - Ch.8 astronautics - Ch.9 Propulsion, started to get interesting: I'd actually never heard of arc-jet thrusters before, turbojet, turbofan, ramjet, scarmjet, electric propulsion options - Ch.10 Hypersonics: compressible flow, need to learn more about compressible flow Good. Took notes but I probably won't read them. Ok, onto the next.

JD Anderson is legendary. Love his writing style too, makes complicated concepts quite accessible.
