The other day I wanted to tell you how depressing this post was (but I didn't dare to), today I'm just gonna say hello new friend. Still, even if I proved your point, I'm happy to slightly disagree with this quote. Anyway: hello new friend!

Hi new friend I don’t find this to be depressing - but more akin to Heraclitus’ fragments, a daily reality that we don’t step in the same river twice It’s neither a happy or depressing state but more the fact that reality is fire, and how it is in an unchangingly changing state At least that is how I see it

My feeling might come from the first sentence of your quote, poetic, but setting a tone. Also this idea of impermanence, while being unquestionable, doesn't go well with my longing for stability and my desire to be true to others (and expecting the same in return). Truth is out there. My quotes are more 1990's :)
